  1. What is the Monthly Dividend Plan ?
The Monthly Dividend Plan uses ETF's, Exchange Traded Funds, that are traded on the Stock Market just like Stocks.  The ETF's used here specialize in holding Stocks, Bonds and other Financial Securities that pay Dividends, Interest or other Distributions. That income collected by the ETF is then paid out to the holders of the ETF on a monthly basis.

  2. How to use the Monthly Dividend Plan ?
You can purchase one of the ETF's that pay out Monthly Distributions using the new Investment tool "Slices" which allows an investor to buy a "Fraction" of one share of an ETF or Stock. The minimum amount that the Stock Brokers who offer this new tool is $5. This means investors can participate in the Monthly Dividend Plan with as little as $5 or any higher amount.

  3. Which Monthly Payment ETF's should I consider ?
There is a large list of ETF's that collect income and pay it out each month to the holders of the ETF. We have researched the list and assembled several into what we call "Level One", "Level Two" and "Level Three" for your consideration. NEVER invest without consulting a Professional. Send this information to your Stock Broker for their comments. If you do not have one and are considering opening an account at a Brokerage Firm, ask them for their input and comments.

  4. What are the risks in Monthly Payment ETFs ?
Just like any Stock, ETFs are listed on an Exchange and can change in price during the time the exchange is open for trading. This means that the ETF you purchase in the Monthly Dividend Plan for $5 using the "Slice" tool, could drop in price causing your $5 investment to drop to $4.50 or $4 or lower. The opposite is also true and your ETF could go up in price so that your $5 original investment could be worth $6 or $7 or more. There is no guarantee. Just like investing in stocks like Apple, you can lose money if the price goes down. Since these ETFs hold a large selection of Stocks and Bonds there is diversification that should help support the price. But there is the same risk as any security.

  5. What is the History Returns for these Monthly Pay ETFs ?
Past performance is NOT a guarantee of Future performance and must be evaluated as history. The Monthly Pay ETFs listed in the Level One, Level Two and Level Three have impressive Returns. As example, the Monthly Pay ETF in Level One has an "Average Annual Return" for 1 Year of +59%, for 3 Years of +25%, for 5 Years of +19% and for the Life of +15%.  Consider reviewing the "Average Annual Returns" of any Monthly Pay ETFs you are considering . . . which is easy to find at any Brokerage Firm website or the internet.

  6. What does it cost to purchase a Monthly Pay ETF ?
There is NO commission cost or any other cost to invest in a Monthly Pay ETF as long as you use a Stock Broker who offers the Fractional "Slice" tool at no commission. Check with your Broker or open an account at a Broker that offers the tool for free.
